Completeing the project

After i had completed my testing and made my improvements, i was then able to publish my programme and hold my end of project review. during my end of project review i met with my senior manager and we discussed my progress during the project

• whether my final product met my objective which were set in the definition of scope


• how i managed the project overall


• how well i organised my client and senior manager


• tools in which i used to communicate my progress

this meeting was vyer succesfull and my senior manager was please with my overall outcome, although i met all but one of my objectives my overall software was completed well.
